On the 16th of August 2023, Futao Metal welcomed two visitors from Costa Rica for a product inspection and factory tour. Two representatives from He Nan Ding Li provided translation services to provide a smooth experience during the entire process.
Products that undergone a load testing include 11 meter poles under a 350KG load, 13 meter poles under a 450KG load, 15 and 17 meter poles under a combined load of 6000KG. Load testing lasted for two days with a final inspection and full factory tour concluding the visit.
The factory tour included the overall viewing of all machinery used in the manufacturing process. This includes press brake machines used to bend sheet metals and hydraulic folding machines used to fold metal pipes into their desired shapes and sizes.
