  Electric steel pole: Made of polygonal or circular steel pipes, with corrosion protection via hot-dip galvanizing or thermal spray zinc, replacing traditional concrete poles.

 

   How to install power steel poles?Several installation methods of power steel poles.

  • 1. Overall hoisting method
    Applicable scenarios: Flat terrain, convenient transportation, and spacious construction sites.
    Features: The entire power steel pole can be hoisted onto the foundation, with a fast installation speed, but it requires large-scale hoisting equipment.
  • 2. Sectional Hoisting method
    Applicable scenarios: Complex terrain, limited site conditions or situations where the height of the pole is relatively large.
    Features: The steel rods are hoisted in sections and then spliced on the foundation, which offers high flexibility but requires more connecting parts and assembly steps.
  • 3. Slide Installation Method
    Applicable scenarios: Situations where there is less demand for hoisting equipment but precise control of the sliding process is required.
    Features: The steel rod is slid to the designated position through the preset slide track, reducing the reliance on large equipment, but it has high requirements for the precision of the slide track.
  • 4. Jacking Installation method
    Applicable scenarios: Situations where the height is relatively high and precise installation is required.
    Features: The top of the tower is raised to the predetermined height by using a bottom lifting device, which is suitable for precise installation under specific conditions.
  • 5. Push Installation Method
    Applicable scenarios: Complex terrain or situations where protection of the pole body is required.
    Features: The steel rods are pushed to the foundation position with the help of machinery such as bulldozers. It has strong adaptability, but attention should be paid to the protection of the rod body.
